Grading System
Grading is done manually by trained Farmico staff. Nuts are sorted by size, color, and quality to ensure fair and transparent evaluation.
Yes. You’ll receive a printed slip of your grading summary immediately and a digital copy via SMS or WhatsApp.
You can request a review within 24 hours. Supervisors will recheck your lot to maintain transparency and fairness.
Payments & Settlement
Payments are made instantly after grading—either in cash or via UPI. No waiting, no middlemen.
Payments are made through direct bank transfer, UPI, or cash (where applicable).
Yes. You will receive an SMS confirmation and a transaction reference ID once your payment is processed.
Farmico Bandhan Loyalty Program
You earn Bandhan Points with every delivery you make to Farmico. Get additional rewards for joining, staying consistent, and helping other farmers join the network.
Points can be redeemed for farm tools, fertilisers, discounts at partner stores, bio coal, smart devices, and more.
No. As long as you continue to supply at least once every quarter, your points remain active.
You can check your point balance at any Farmico Collection Centre or through your Bandhan digital passbook.
Buyer Procurement Process
Fill out a short interest form or contact our sourcing team. A procurement advisor will help set up your buyer profile and dashboard access.
Once logged in, you can view live inventory listings with grading details, moisture levels, and location data.
Yes. You can choose self-managed logistics or Farmico-managed delivery via the buyer portal.
Absolutely. Every shipment includes a digital invoice, grading report, and a QR-coded traceability record linked to the farmer and harvest batch.
